My life before I joined Fisch Asset Management
At the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne
(EPFL), I obtained an engineering degree in communication systems. My thesis in
the field of hedge fund manager selection at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) gave
me the opportunity to acquaint myself with quantitative finance. A master’s
degree in financial economics at Oxford
University enabled me to further
strengthen my financial knowledge. In 2007, I joined the UBS Corporate Center
as a graduate trainee in risk management. I focused on correlation and scenario
analysis. In summer 2008, I accepted the offer to develop algorithmic trading strategies
at IMC
Trading BV in Zug. I worked on both long-term and
high-frequency trading strategies in different volatility periods.
My duties at Fisch Asset Management
Developing trading strategies in connection with the CTA products.
When I'm not working, then ...
… I can be found swimming in the lake or hiking in the
mountains. Playing the piano and going on nice holidays are also part of my
leisure activities.
What significance do "fish" have in my life?
A beautiful ballet when I am scuba diving. Otherwise,
a good meal. |
