My life before I joined Fisch Asset Management
The digital world has fascinated me already in my younger years,
especially using PC games. After completing the IT apprenticeship at a
bank I have joined the IT department of a Swedish Asset Manager. This
really has opened the door to the IT - Finance world for me.
I then was able to expand my knowledge by graduating as a Professional in Commercial Information Technology.
1996 I had the first contact with FAM, because our then CEO, Bilgi Sakarya, startet his new job at FAM.
Realizing the many synergies with FAM, we decided 1998 to build a new
company called BlueSky Softworks, an IT Service Provider for
Portfoliomanagement as well as Riskmanagement. In 2005, as the managing
director, I could learn a lot and gain very valuable experience in
leading the company.
At the end of 2007, we realized, that all the projects with
FAM – our main share holder – would justify an integration of all
BlueSky people into the IT department of FAM. That is how I became a
FAM employee.
My duties at Fisch Asset Management
My previous experience as
an IT service provider for different Asset Management companies allows
me to support FAM IT with an additional market oriented approach.
When I'm not working, then ...
I am spending quite some time with jogging, biking and scuba diving. I also enjoy just being together with friends.
As a travel enthusiast, I quite often spend the longer weekends in different cities in Europe.
The longer holidays are used for fabulous trips to wonderful
beaches around the world, where I also appreciate getting in touch with
different cultures.
What significance do "fish" have in my life?
I am passionate about diving and therefor enjoy all the fish a lot. However, my stomach doesn’t really appreciate them…. |
