The Fund is not subject to any regulatory supervision. The Fund has appointed First Independent Fund Services Ltd as representative in Switzerland and Bank Julius Baer &Co. Ltd. as paying agent in Switzerland. The Fund is for distribution and sale to qualified investors only.

The Board of Directors of Fisch Asset Management and its Co-CEO Philipp Good have mutually agreed to terminate their contractual relationship. In light of differing strategic views on the company’s development, Philipp has decided to seek a new professional challenge outside of Fisch Asset Management.

Philipp joined the business in 2007 and successfully built up the corporate bonds division. From 2014 onwards he also led portfolio management. Since 2017, Philipp acted as Co-CEO alongside Juerg Sturzenegger and was later responsible for the clients & markets division.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Philipp for his significant contribution to the business over the past 12 years.

Pius Fisch, Chairman of the Board of Directors, commented: “Philipp has made a significant contribution to the development of Fisch Asset Management as the company has grown from a pure convertible bond specialist to an important manager of corporate bonds too. We wish him every personal and professional success for the future.”
